Before Deleting your account, Perks gives you an option to download a copy of your information which includes your Order & Request history.
To download your data from Perks :1. Login to your Perks account via the
Playstore app or
iOS app or Web
login.
2. Go to the “Profile” page.
3. Go to the “Account details” section within the “Profile” page.
4. Click the Delete My Account option.
5. Click on the checkbox that says “Do you want to Download your data?”
You will be sent your data in your registered email ID within 48 hours.
In case you do not receive your data feel free to reach out to support@perks.tech
Note: Once you delete your account you will not be able to download your data via the platform/app/website or request the same via the support email provided.
After your account deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently & immediately deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve your information.
It may take up to 90 days to complete the deletion process after it begins. We may also keep your information for things such as legal issues, term violations, or harm prevention efforts. Learn more about this in our
